
The L’Hospitalet U18 Basketball Tournament is one of Europe’s most prestigious youth basketball competitions. Established in 1980, it has become a premier showcase for emerging talent.. The tournament is held at the Complex Esportiu L’Hospitalet Nord in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, Catalonia and features top-tier youth teams from across Europe and beyond. This year’s event will take place from December 18th through December 20th.
Over the years, the tournament has gained significant recognition for its high level of competition and its role in developing future basketball stars. Notable past champions include Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, Joventut Badalona, and international teams such as Lietuvos Rytas from Lithuania and CSKA Moscow from Russia. The tournament has attracted scouts from the NBA and EuroLeague, seeking to identify promising young players.
