Yuqing (Guizhou), China – The NetScouts Basketball USA All-Stars won their fifth straight game in the Four Nations International Youth Tournament pounding Poland 96-68 before another capacity of over 3,000 in Yuqing.
In the victory over the lengthy, talented squad from Poland the Americans gave Polish squad no space on offense. They forced the Poles into tough shots all night in cruising to a 56-20 halftime lead. Jamee Swan didn’t miss a shot all night as she led the way with 18 points on 7-of-7 shooting and 2-of-2 from the free throw line while also bringing down ten rebounds. Tear’a Laudermill contributed 18 points connecting on 4-of-9 shots from long-distance while Zhane Dikes pitched in 17 points and pressured the ball all night to set the tone defensively for the USA.
The Americans outrebounded Poland 47-34 and shot 50 percent from the field. For the second night in a row, all ten USA players scored. The USA All-Stars led 77-36, a 41-point lead after the third quarter and coasted to the victory. This NetScouts Basketball USA All-Star team is getting better the more the squad plays together. They will do for their sixth straight win againt host China in the final game in Yuqing, the second of three cities of the tour.
