NetScouts Basketball mourns the passing Thursday of Dick Kelley, longtime assistant athletics director for media relations at Boston College, after a three-year battle with ALS. Dick was 48. Dick and his staff have always been a pleasure to work with and have consistently made us feel at home at Boston College games.
Kelley was honored with the USBWA’s Most Courageous Award before last season’s Virginia game on March 3 and received a 90-second standing ovation, ranking among the longest in history at BC’s Conte Forum.
