From the Bronx, NY, Antoine Pearson has the potential to be a solid NBA Point Guard for the next 12 years. Antoine's work ethic, leadership, cross-over dribble, floor vision and passing ability are what set him apart. Antoine is a true Floor General and a Winner. At 6'2 185, Antoine possesses the strength and quickness to guard smaller 1's on the defensive side of the floor, while shooting over the top of them on offense. Antoine also has a proclivity for hitting big shots late in games, which includes several game-winners over the course of his MAAC career at Manhattan College. Antoine participated in a pre-draft work-out for the New Jersey Nets and he also worked out for other NBA teams including the New York Knicks and Golden State Warriors. Antoine was also a top 5 performer at the NBA Development League National Camp in Washington DC and has been offered an NBA Development League contract for the 2010-2011 season. Over the course of his collegiate career, Antoine received 2006-2007 all MAAC Rookie Honors, along with 2007-2008 3rd team all Met Honors. In 2009, Antoine scored his 1000th career point and recorded his 250th career assist.
