Regal FC Barcelona methodically took care of business against a game challenger Power Electronics Valencia 72-64. The second semi-final was less competitive as Real Madrid totally dismantled an injured Caja Laboral team 78-50.
This sets up what is sure to be an exciting match-up between two Euroleague and ACB heavyweights when Regal Barca takes on Real Madrid in Sunday's Copa del Rey finale.

Two very good basketball games were played in Bilbao, Spain yesterday, the opening day of the Spanish King's Cup Basketball Tournament.
Power Electronics Valencia held off Asefa Estudiantes of Madrid in an exciting game 75-73 and tournament favorite Regal Barcelona won ugly beating Cajasol 77-72.
