Regal FC Barcelona methodically took care of business against a game challenger Power Electronics Valencia 72-64. The second semi-final was less competitive as Real Madrid totally dismantled an injured Caja Laboral team 78-50.
This sets up what is sure to be an exciting match-up between two Euroleague and ACB heavyweights when Regal Barca takes on Real Madrid in Sunday's Copa del Rey finale.

Spain's ACB is the best domestic basketball league in the world outside of the NBA. The EuroLeague and EuroCup are outstanding but they competitions between the best teams from many different domestic leagues.
Thus, now that NBA All-Star weekend is over, all eyes in the International Basketball world will be on the Spanish Copa del Rey (King’s Cup) which is one of the greatest events of European Basketball.
