Alex Abrines (Spain) 6’6/190, SG (1993)
Athletic player with good shooting range. Stuck on the bench this season at Regal Barcelona. High potential. Late 1st round to mid-2nd round.
Giannis Adetokunbo (Greece) 6’9/215, SF (1994)
Greek of Nigerian heritage is unpolished but can potentially play four positions in time. Has ball skills, can slash for baskets, needs to improve shooting. Huge hands with 7’3 wingspan. Major potential. Likely mid-to-late 1st round.
Thanasis Adetokunbo (Greece) 6’7/205, SG (1992)
Combo forward with skills, very athletic. Averaged 12.2 points/4.9 rebounds in Greek “A2” league. Possible late 2nd round pick. Brother of Giannis.
Bogdan Bogdanovic (Serbia) 6’6/190, SG (1992)
Hasn’t developed as quickly as we would like to see. Shooting has regressed. 5.0 ppg in Adriatic League. Outside chance of still being drafted in late 2nd round.
Rudy Gobert (France) 7’1/230, C (1992)
Huge 7’8 wingspan, can run the floor well, rebound, block shots and is starting to develop an offensive game. With Cholet in top French league averaged 8.4 points, 5.9 rebounds, 1.9 blocks in 22 minutes. Possible lottery, definite 1st round pick.
Mouhammadou Jaiteh (France) 6’11/250, C (1994)
Big space eating center. Needs work on offensive game but can rebound, block shots and score around the basket. Averaged 16.7 points, 10.1 rebounds in France “B”. Likely mid-2nd round pick.
Livio Jean-Charles (France) 6’9/217, F (1993)
Got himself onto draft board with outstanding 27 point/13 rebound effort in Nike Hoop Summit. Athletic, very long (7’2 wingspan) is great on D and in transition. Mid-range game has improved. Late 1st round to mid-2nd round pick.
Sergey Karasev (Russia) 6’7/197, SF/SG (1993)
Solid lefty shooter with quick release and NBA range. Averaged 18.7 points, 5.3 rebounds in top Russian league. Mid-to late 1st round pick.
Philipp Neumann (Germany) 6’10/245, PF (1992)
Interesting skill set as he can create his own shot and has an offensive game. Fairly athletic but not sure if he can guard the “4” in the NBA. Play dropped off after he went to Brose Basket in top German league this year. 5.8 points/3.3 rebounds in 13 minutes per game. Possible late 2nd round pick.
Lucas Nogueira (Brazil) 7’0/220, C (1992)
Sensation of U18 FIBA Americas in 2010 hasn’t developed as would we like to see. Still not strong enough and gets pushed around with not much of an offensive game inside. Very long, athletic and can block shots so still may hear his name in the late 1st round to the mid-2nd round. Only played 12 minutes per game in Spanish ACB this season.
Dario Saric (Croatia) 6’10/230, F (1994)
Can play either forward position. Very smart, excellent passer, good shooter who can get more consistent. Surprisingly has trouble shooting free throws. Great feel for the game but can he defend his position in the NBA? Likely late lottery to late 1st round pick.
Dennis Schroeder (Germany) 6’2/168, PG (1993)
Quick PG Impressed at Nike Hoop Summit practices and game. Averaged 11.9 points, 3.3 assists in top German league. Excellent ball-handling skills, very quick first step, excels running offense both in transition and in half-court. Likely late 1st round pick.
